Terms and refund policy

01 / Who this is between

These terms are an agreement between you, or the organization you buy on behalf of ("you"), and Digital Cotton, operating as tokens to agents ("we", "us"). "The pack" means the ADA Conformance Pack: the ada-visual and ada-aria skills and the shared research files delivered with them. By buying or using the pack, you agree to these terms.

02 / What your license lets you do

Your license is a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the pack for the length of your term.

An individual license ($149 per year) covers one named person, on any project that person works on, including work performed for clients. A team license ($749 per year) covers up to 10 named people inside one organization, working on unlimited client projects. Anything you produce with the pack, your audits, your fixes, your reports, is yours to keep and use however you like.

You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the pack itself, or its skill and research files, as a product. The license is for using the pack, not for reselling it.

We keep all right, title, and interest in the pack, including its skills, research files, and any updates. Nothing here transfers ownership of it to you. What you make with it stays yours, as stated above.

03 / Term, renewal, and payment

The license runs for one year and renews annually. Payment and renewal are handled by Polar, our merchant of record, who also issues your license key and delivers your files. Card details are handled by Polar and never touch this site. You can cancel renewal any time through Polar before your next billing date.

Your renewal price stays at the price you first paid, for as long as your license remains continuously active. If you let it lapse and buy again later, the then-current price applies.

04 / Refunds

If the pack is not what you needed, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full. No form to fill out, and no reason required. If you do tell us what fell short, it helps us improve the pack, but your refund never depends on it.

05 / Support

Support is by email at info@tokenstoagents.com for every tier. Team licenses are answered ahead of individual ones. We do not commit to a response time on these tiers; enterprise licenses carry a stated service level in their order form.

06 / Updates

While your license is active, you get every update we ship: revised skills when WCAG, EN 301 549, or the DOJ and HHS dates change, refreshed date-stamped research, and a changelog. When a license lapses, updates and new downloads stop. Files you already installed keep working, because they run in your own environment.

07 / What this is not

The pack supports conformance work. It does not make you compliant, and it is not a certification. It finds and helps fix accessibility issues in your code and rates them by severity. Compliance is a legal determination about your whole product and process, and we do not and cannot guarantee it.

Nothing in the pack or on this site is legal advice. Deadlines and standards described in our materials are current as of July 29, 2026 and are under active litigation, so they can change. Confirm your own obligations with your own counsel.

08 / Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the pack is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. The pack is provided as is, without warranties beyond those that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law.

09 / Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and both sides consent to venue there. If you are a consumer in the UK or the European Economic Area, nothing here removes the protections of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, or your right to bring a claim in your local courts.

10 / Enterprise licenses

Enterprise licenses are sold under a separate order form. Where that order form and these terms differ, the order form controls, including payment method, invoicing and net terms, seat counts, support commitments, and any service levels. Enterprise purchases may be paid by purchase order and invoice rather than through Polar.

11 / Acceptable use

Use the pack for its purpose: reviewing and improving the accessibility of software you build or are engaged to work on. Do not resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the pack or its files as a product of your own, and do not remove or alter the notices in them. Do not represent the pack's output as a certification, an audit performed by us, or a legal opinion.

12 / Termination

You may cancel at any time through Polar; cancellation stops the next renewal and your license runs to the end of the term you paid for. We may suspend or terminate a license that breaches these terms, including the acceptable use section above, and where the breach is not deliberate we will tell you and give you a chance to fix it first. On termination, your right to updates and downloads ends. Files you already installed are yours to keep using, and the sections on disclaimers, liability, and governing law survive.

13 / Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above changes when we do, and material changes take effect for you at your next renewal, not mid-term. If a change is material and you do not accept it, you may cancel before renewal.

14 / General

These terms, plus any enterprise order form, are the entire agreement between us about the pack and replace any earlier discussion. If a court finds part of them unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce something immediately, we have not waived it. You may not assign your license without our written consent; we may assign these terms to a successor if the business is sold. Neither side is liable for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control.
